Former Cambridge United loanee Gassan Ahadme has joined fellow Sky Bet League One outfit Charlton Athletic from Ipswich Town on a four-year deal. The 23-year-old striker netted 13 goals from 33 appearances in all competitions for the U’s last term as United finished 18th in the standings. The former Portsmouth and Real Oviedo B man joined Ipswich from Burton Albion in September 2022 and went onto made just eight appearances for the Portman Road outfit – scoring once.
