A cyclist in her 70s was taken to hospital after a crash with a van. A large emergency response descended on Folkestone Harbour just after 12pm today following reports of an accident. A police spokesman added: “We were called at 12.06pm today to a report of a collision involving a van and a cyclist on Harbour Street near the junction with Beach Street in Folkestone. “Officers attended along with South East Coast Ambulance Service and the cyclist, a woman in her 70s, was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment. “The road was closed for crews to respond to the incident.” There was report…
