A Texas man was sentenced in federal court to 60 months in prison for making a credible public threat targeting a Turning Point USA-hosted conference Student Action Summit in Florida. According to court filings, Alejandro Richard Velasquez Gomez, 20, threatened a “day of retribution” on his public social media profile during the Turning Point USA-hosted Student Action Summit.
