Voting has now stopped across the constituency as people have cast their votes for their new MP. Residents in Maidstone and Malling have been having their say since 7am this morning (July 4) to decide who will represent them at Westminster. Now the ballot boxes are making their way to Maidstone Leisure Centre where staff are getting ready to count them.
