Plans to build a house accessible through a shared footpath in Newark have been opposed by a council for a second time. Planning committee members at the Newark Town Council have opposed the application to build one dwelling on Millgate. The applicant, Mr K Robert, Edgefield House, North Muskham plans the property to be subservient to that of 82 Millgate and to replicate the architectural style.
