A Southery resident who was feeling angry about a past disagreement with a neighbour got drunk, swore and used racially-aggravated language towards his wife. David Jacobsen, 54, appeared at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday where he pleaded guilty to two offences. He admitted using racially-aggravated language to cause alarm or distress as well as having a Class B drug in his possession.
