Celtic gave their fans more to celebrate on Flag Day after they sent Derek McInnes’ Kilmarnock back to Ayrshire with a 4-0 beating that did not flatter the champions. In all honesty, the scoreline could and should have been much more after Celtic had chances cleared off the line, a Kyogo goal chopped off for offside and the woodwork saved McInnes from further embarrassment as Brendan Rodgers’ team delivered an opening day thumping.
