The UK has seen one of the biggest days of listings since 2020, according to property website Rightmove. Britons flocked to list their homes right before the Easter bank holiday, new data has shown. Thursday March 28 was the biggest day for listings this year, and had the third biggest number of new property listings since August 2020 – beaten only by Boxing Day in 2022 and 2023.
