A hassle-free new way to switch between full-fibre broadband suppliers has been delayed again. UK telecoms regulator Ofcom has been forced to acknowledge that its slick new switchover system won’t quite be ready to launch on September 12. Known as the One Touch Switching Company, or TOTSCo, this industry-led initiative has suffered multiple delays and setbacks.
