The German city of Frankfurt plans to set up special lighting decorations for the Muslim holy month of Ramadan for the first time to promote inclusion and hope in difficult times. Crescent moons, stars and the words “Happy Ramadan” have already been installed in the city centre to mark the month of fasting, prayer and reflection.
