Fundraising firefighters completed a marathon cycle ride visiting all 29 of the county’s fire stations – including a stop at Bishop’s Stortford for a short rest. The team of 22 from Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service set off for the 180-mile challenge at 5am on Sunday (June 30), finally finishing at just after 9pm.
