A teacher who resigned from Wall High School this week has been arrested and accused of having a sexual relationship with a student earlier this year, authorities said. Julie Rizzitello, 36, of Brick, was taken into custody on Wednesday and charged with two counts of sexual assault, three counts of criminal sexual contact and a single count of witness tampering, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said in a news release.
