Simons enjoyed a fine 2023/24 campaign with Die Roten Bullen, registering 10 goals and 15 assists across 43 matches in all competitions. The 21-year-old’s future was undecided heading into the summer amid a complicated agreement between parent side PSG and former club PSV Eindhoven – 90min understands PSV are owed a fee from PSG if Simons is either sold or returns to Parc des Princes before January 2025.
