Vivo’s upcoming X200 series has been the subject of leaks for some time now. The series, which will include the X200 and X200 Pro, is expected to be the first to use the Dimensity 9400 chipset.

However, a new leak suggests that the company may be planning to expand the lineup with a smaller variant, possibly called the Vivo X200 mini.

This is reported by the reliable technical resource Digital Chat Station (DCS). The insider showed that this compact model in the Vivo X200 series will have a 6.3-inch flat display with a resolution of 1.5K.

The camera is expected to be equipped with a 70mm 3x periscope telephoto lens, as well as a special image processing chip that is also rumored to be used in the X200 and X200 Pro models. In addition, it is said that all three variants will use the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor.

And last but not least: DCS suggests that the smartphone will have a high-density silicon battery with a capacity of over 5500 mAh.

DCS clarified that these specifications do not apply to the standard Vivo X200, which is rumored to have a larger display of around 6.5-6.6 inches. This also suggests that the new phone is a more compact variant in the Vivo X200 series, which is likely to satisfy users who prefer smaller phones.

It is important to remember that this is still a leak and Vivo has not confirmed the existence of the X200 Mini or its specifications. We will most likely have to wait for an official announcement from Vivo or further leaks to get a clearer picture of this phone. With the rumored October launch of the X200 series approaching, it shouldn’t take long before we get more concrete information.
