A fugitive wanted in Tennessee on charges of sexual battery was apprehended in Indian River County, Florida, after fleeing from the Florida Highway Patrol. The suspect, identified as Zachery C. Dwyer, abandoned his vehicle in the Fellsmere area after attempting to evade law enforcement. Indian River County Sheriff’s deputies, with assistance from their Real Time Crime Center, tracked Dwyer to a nearby job site and arrested him.
