Four children were seriously injured after falling through the roof of a sports centre in southern Germany on Saturday, police said. Police said they were informed that the four children, aged 13, had climbed onto the roof of a sports hall in Remshalden, some 20 kilometres east of Stuttgart, at about 8:20 pm (1820 GMT). A spokesman for the Aalen police headquarters said the children were believed to have fallen about seven metres down through the skylight of the roof while playing.
