Sweden’s Sarah Sjöström claimed her second gold medal at the Paris Olympics on Sunday, in the women’s 50-metre freestyle sprint. She claimed the two gold medals Sweden have at the Games so far, the other coming in the 100m freestyle. The world and Olympic records holder clocked 23.71 seconds to beat Meg Harris of Australia, who looked shocked when she realized she had claimed silver – her first individual Olympic medal. Bronze went to Zhang Yufei of China, her third in Paris after 100m and 200m butterfly third-place finishes.
