CNN legal analyst Norm Eisen, who also served as one of the impeachment lawyers for House Democrats and White House ethics czar, told the network Sunday that he firmly believes Donald Trump will be sent to prison. Eisen called the recent decision from Judge Tanya Chutkin to abandon her March 4 trial date pending the appeal from the Washington, D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals a “small win” for Trump.
