The Honor Magic V3 series of foldable phones will be announced on July 12 in China. Yesterday, the company released a poster showing the design of the device. It depicted a brown variant with a leather finish. Today, the brand has released the following images to showcase the three other color variants of the Magic V3.

The new images showcase the Magic V3 in three shades such as Tundra Green, Qilian Snow, and Velvet Black. Compared to last year’s Magic V2, the V3 offers a significant design update to the rear camera module. It has a prominent octagonal base that houses three triangular cameras and an LED flash.
The company has not yet revealed details about the Magic V3’s cameras, but it is said to feature a periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. Under the hood, the device will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and a battery with a capacity of about 5,000 mAh. The device will reportedly support 66W fast charging and offer two-way satellite connectivity. It is expected to be thinner than the Magic V2, which is 9.9 mm thick when unfolded.
Honor Magic Vs3, which will launch alongside the Magic V3, is said to be an affordable foldable phone. It could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip and compete with the Vivo X Fold 3. A recent leak suggested that the device could be available in colors such as black, white, and green.
The July 12 presentation in China will also feature the MagicBook Air 14 laptop and MagicPad 2 tablet. The latter is expected to be equipped with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset.
