SEFFNER, Fla. – Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a plane crash Thursday afternoon near the intersection of Parsons Avenue and Empire Drive in Seffner. “Multiple calls came into our 911 dispatch center at 3:25 P.M. from individuals reporting an upside-down plane with parachute deployment in a yard off Parsons Avenue,” said HCFR.
