(The Center Square) — Officials in Georgia and South Carolina are taking action as Tropical Storm Debby is expected to dump rain on the states after making landfall on Monday morning along the Florida coast. Forecasts predict the storm will move across southern Georgia and through the Waycross area as it moves out to the Atlantic Ocean south of Savannah.
