A man was shot dead in North Bergen Monday morning, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said. The man, whose name was not released, was located in the area of 61st Street and Meadowview Avenue after police were notified of a shooting just after 9 a.m., the prosecutor’s office said. The man was taken to Palisades Medical Center and pronounced dead at 9:40 a.m. The prosecutor’s office did not release any details of the shooting incident.
