With most of Newark’s football teams out of town on the weekend, a good sized crowd flocked to the Central Midlands League Alliance clash between RHP and Ollerton Town Reserves at the YMCA. It was a fiery affair which saw plenty of goals with the end result saw RHP scrapping a 3-2 win against Ollerton. The game was the only fixture played in the Eastern division of the Alliance over the weekend and saw Jason Thurlby score two goals for the hosts as Louson Buckland snared the other.
