Things simply did not go Liverpool’s way against Arsenal on Sunday afternoon. Jurgen Klopp’s men were out-matched, and out-played for 90 minutes straight. Yes, the Reds were ultimately the cause of their own downfall – making uncharacteristic errors – but take nothing away from the performance. This was a poor showing.
