Tech billionaire Elon Musk on Monday filed a second lawsuit against the founder of ChatGPT developer OpenAI, Sam Altman, two months after dropping a first case. The Tesla boss claims that Altman and “his accomplices” obtained his stake in the artificial intelligence (AI) start-up under false pretences. In the lawsuit, Musk’s lawyers said deceipt is “of Shakespearean proportions.” OpenAI had no initial comment on Musk’s new legal action.
