A federal judge has turned away a Republican Party lawsuit trying to curtail the processing of mail-in ballots in Georgia, reported Politico’s Kyle Cheney on Tuesday. The Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit alleging Georgia counties illegally accepted absentee ballots over the weekend.
