A controversial application to regenerate an industrial estate to create a business campus has been officially approved. The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government Angela Rayner decided not to call-in the decision made by Medway Council regarding the Chatham Docks industrial estate, so the approval has now been formalised.
