A driver has died after a car overturned and landed in a water-filled ditch. Emergency services, including an air ambulance and water safety unit, were called at about 3.15pm yesterday (Tuesday) to the aftermath of the crash. Police had to close the A21 Tonbridge Bypass between the A225 and A26 for five hours – leaving motorists facing long delays. The driver of a red Citroen C4, a man in his 50s, was travelling between the exits for Morleys Roundabout and Quarry Hill when it left the carriageway on the nearside and overturned in a ditch.
