New Delhi [India], August 6 (ANI): The Crime Branch of Delhi police has arrested a 39-year-old life convict and parole jumper from Kolkata in a kidnapping and ransom case of a four-year-old, Delhi police crime branch officials stated on Tuesday. 39-year-old Tobir Ahmed alias Tabir is a resident of Bihar against whom the case was registered in the police station Nabi Karim in the national capital in 2008.
