Vivo has officially confirmed that it will launch three new phones – Vivo X100 Ultra, X100s and X100s Pro – at 19:00 (local time) on May 13 in China. These three phones are already available for pre-order on the official Vivo China website. The official listings show the design, color options and configurations of these smartphones.
Vivo X100 Ultra configurations, design, color options
The above images show that the Vivo X100 Ultra will be available in black, white, and titanium colors. The phone has a curved-edge display on the front, as well as a massive round camera module with three cameras and Zeiss branding inside. A vertical LED flash is located in the upper right corner of the rear panel.
In terms of configurations, the Vivo X100 Ultra will be available in three variants such as 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage. For those who don’t know, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will be powered by the X100 Ultra.

The official images of the Vivo X100 show that it has a flat display, while the X100s Pro has a screen with curved edges. Both phones have an identical back design. The X100 Pro will be available in three colors: black, white, and titanium. Three variants will be available for purchase: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage.
On the other hand, the Vivo X100s will be available in four variants: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 512GB storage, and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage. In addition to titanium, black, and white colors, the X100s will also be available in a blue variant. The X100s and X100s Pro are expected to debut as the world’s first phones to be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9300 Plus chipset.
