Chinese investments in Iran have increased tenfold within a year, according to an Iranian report. The sum rose from $200 million to $2 billion, the Iranian news agency Tasnim reported on Tuesday, citing the chairman of the country’s Organization for Foreign Investment. The money is mainly being channelled into projects in the areas of logistics, infrastructure and mining, the report said.
