South West Norfolk’s Labour candidate paid a visit to one of the country’s oldest flour mills as part of a campaign to promote his priorities. Terry Jermy was invited by the UK Flour Millers Association to visit Heygates in Downham to learn more about the industry. He was given a tour of the site and a chance to meet staff. Heygates, on Railway Road, was built in 1851 and mills more than 90,000 tons of wheat per year.
