By Maria Ward-Brennan British publishing group owned by former pornographer Richard Desmond has filed new legal action against the Gambling Commission. Desmond’s Northern and Shell and its subsidiary, the New Lottery Company, launched a procurement lawsuit against the gambling regulator.
