More than a dozen visitors to Munich’s celebrated Oktoberfest festival left their lederhosen behind this year, while handcuffs were among the more unusual items handed into the site’s lost property office. The festival said a total of 3,500 items were handed in over the course of the two-week celebrations, which were due to end on Sunday.
