An accident involving an 18-seater bus belonging to Kakara Transport Nig. Ltd. occurred in Gashaka Local Government Council of Taraba State. The accident, which occurred just after the old bridge, a few metres away from Serti, the administrative headquarters of Gashaka Council, left several passengers with various degrees of injuries. The driver of the 18-seater bus, travelling from Gembu to Jalingo, reportedly lost control after the two back tyres burst.
