Chelsea have reached an agreement to sign Gremio youngster, Gabriel Mec. According to Globo, Mec is now set to undergo a medical in his homeland in the next few days after Chelsea and the Brazilian club reportedly reached a £20.5million deal for the 16-year-old. Mec will put pen to paper on a five-year deal with the Premier League west London club.
