Hertfordshire farmers learned stress management techniques from a Royal Marines Commando and a former member of the UK Special Forces. The event in Buntingford was organised by the National Farmers’ Union (NFU) to coincide with Time to Talk Day – a project run across the country by mental health charity, Mind.
