Israel has recovered the body of a hostage in an overnight operation in the southern city of Khan Younis, the military said on Saturday. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said the man was abducted from Nir Oz, a kibbutz in southern Israel, where scores of people were killed and taken hostage in the massacre by Islamist militants on October 7.
