A 48-year-old has been jailed after pleading guilty to multiple thefts as well as breaching a criminal behaviour order. Nrender Biriah, of no fixed address, attempted to steal bottles of spirits worth more than £140 from Asda in Thames Way, Gravesend, on January 22. He also took groceries and other items valued at around £220 from Iceland in Overcliffe during the following two days. Biriah was arrested and taken into custody on January 24.
