Parents of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) rated services in Hertfordshire three out of 10 on average, according to a recent satisfaction survey. The Herts Parent Carer Involvement (HPCI) has published the results of its 2023 questionnaire to find out what families think of the county council’s services.
