ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. – A 70-year-old Zephyrhills man was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Sunday around 12:21 am. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, a vehicle was traveling eastbound on SR-54 when, just west of Allen Road, a pedestrian, a 70-year-old Zephyrhills man, attempting to walk across SR-54, entered the path of and was struck by the vehicle.
