The Ukrainian intelligence service has uncovered and dismantled a Russian spy network and arrested nine men it said were involved in the operation, the agency said on Monday. The SBU intelligence service in Kiev discovered that the Russian intelligence agency was recruiting potential operatives through a chat site on the Telegram platform in six regions of Ukraine.
