ST. PETERSBURG, Fla.\- St. Petersburg Fire Rescue extinguished a blaze that ripped through a two-story apartment building on the 2700 block of 15th Avenue North yesterday evening at around 5:50 p.m. Firefighters arrived to a scene engulfed by heavy smoke and flames spewing from the rear of the structure.
