Tennessee first-year shortstop Dean Curley has been named a Freshman All-American by D1 Baseball following a standout first year in Knoxville with the Vols. The middle infielder was named to the second-team. He joins pitcher Dylan Loy, who was also named a second-team Freshman All-American by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association back in June. Curley becomes the seventh Tennessee player who has earned All-American postseason honors since winning the national championship in June.
