A worker has died after falling from height while dismantling bamboo scaffolding outside a building in To Kwa Wan. The man, surnamed Lam, was removing scaffolding on the exterior of the 11th floor of Tung Nam Factory Building on Monday, where window maintenance work had just been completed, local media reported.
