A West Winch man has been remanded in custody after being arrested once again. Kelvin Morgan, 46, of Watering Lane, has been charged with a number of offences in the past month, including sexual assault, assault and breaching bail conditions. He was arrested once again yesterday morning (Friday) in the village on suspicion of stalking, and appeared at Norwich Magistrates’ Court in the afternoon.
