SEATTLE — Storm coach Noelle Quinn stayed mostly silent last year when asked about the super teams that ran roughshod over the WNBA. Admittedly, Quinn and the Storm didn’t have the firepower to compete with the Las Vegas Aces and New York Liberty, which finished first and second in the standings while winning 34 and 32 games, respectively.
