Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) [India], May 6 (ANI): The Congress announced on Sunday the names of candidates for the bye-elections in the Assembly seats of Lahaul-Spiti and Barsar in Himachal Pradesh. According to the AICC press release, Anuradha Rana is the Congress candidate for the Lahaul-Spiti, which is reserved for ST candidates, and Subhash Chand is the candidate for the Barsar constituency.
