Playing loud music in your car, revving your engine and sounding your horn could set you back £100 as a council is introducing fines to nuisance motorists. Medway Council and Kent Police are working together to enforce a Public Space Protection Order (PSPO) with extra patrols across the Towns in a move which went live on April 1. Any motorist found causing a nuisance in the area now faces being fined and being taken to court, in a pledge announced by the authority today.
