Prince Harry’s ex has announced the birth of her second child, sharing an adorable photo of her little girl. Chelsy Davy took to Instagram to celebrate the birth of Chloe, her new daughter with her husband Sam Cutmore-Scott. Davy, a former lawyer, also announced the launch of her new jewellery collection which is named after the newborn. The 38-year-old dated the duke on-and-off between 2004 and 2011, during which Harry told friends that she was “the best thing that’s ever happened to me”. At one point, the pair were said to be so serious that they referred to each other as “hubby” and “wifey”…
